Chris Thornton is a non-dispensing practice pharmacist who consults from Crestwood Family Practice every Thursday from 9 am to 12 30 pm.
He collaborates with you, your GP, and Practice Nurse to ensure you are getting the best results from the medication you are taking and that the list is accurate and up to date.
Chris will also review medications for people experiencing side effects, chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD, and heart disease, commencing new medications or after a stay in hospital.
For eligible patients Chris will also assist with heart health checks as recommended by the Heart Foundation and placement of a Heart Bug.
