About Us

Crestwood Family Practice is a privately owned General Practice started nearly 40 years ago in the Crestwood area of Baulkham Hills and moved in December 2008 to its current modern purpose-built premises in Bella Vista.

The practice has nine doctors and five nurses and is committed to providing high quality, comprehensive, family medical health care. It is a fully computerised, modern and well equipped general practice, with very friendly staff.

Consultations are by appointment and via HotDoc Online Bookings and are available between:

8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday.

8am and 6pm on Friday.

8am and 12noon on Saturdays.

Although it is a private billing practice, pensioners and children less than 16 years of age are bulk-billed directly to Medicare. DVA cardholders are also direct billed.
